The Japanese organization VARREL has decided to disband their Valorant roster after the conclusion of the VALORANT Challengers 2024 Japan: Split 2. The players announced this on their social media pages.
VARREL’s first roster was signed at the inception of the Valorant discipline, but the organization soon abandoned the idea for a period. After a break of more than two years, the Japanese organization decided to return to the discipline with new strength and ambitions, which unfortunately could not be achieved with the current roster.
The players and coaches announced VARREL’s plans to disband their roster on their social media pages. However, the organization has not yet provided official comments regarding this decision. The possible reason for this move could be the team’s latest result at the VALORANT Challengers 2024 Japan: Split 2, where they finished in 5th-6th place and lost their spot in the league.
