VARREL and REJECT are solidifying their positions in the VCJ 2024 Split 1 standings
On March 3rd, the ninth day of the VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024 Split 1 concluded. VARREL defeated IGZIST, and REJECT defeated Sengoku Gaming, solidifying their positions before the main event.
In today's schedule, on the last day of the fourth week, VARREL defeated IGZIST with a score of 2:0, securing their third victory and maintaining the 4th place. In the second match, REJECT defeated Sengoku Gaming with a score of 2-0, and REJECT maintained the second place after FENNEL with 4 wins and 1 loss.
The next gaming week will lead us to the final stage of the VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024 Split 1 tournament. A total of eight teams will participate in the main stage of VCJ 2024 Split 1, each winning a block of open qualifiers. The tournament will be held in a round-robin bo3 format, with the top 6 teams advancing to the playoffs. The bottom two clubs will be eliminated, with teams ranking 3rd to 6th moving to the lower bracket, and the top 2 teams of the main stage advancing to the upper bracket final, which will be held from March 30th to 31st.
The upcoming matches are scheduled for March 8th, where 4 teams will continue to fight for their place in the standings to improve their results before entering the main event.
