In the latest Valorant patch 7.09, besides the changes and new content, a new agent named ISO was introduced along with an event that allows players to obtain him for free. However, fans of the Riot Games shooter are reporting complaints and stating that it is not working correctly.
Reddit users are reporting an issue during the "Agent Recruitment Event," where, upon completing the event, they did not receive the new agent.
The "Agent Recruitment Event" is a free event that always accompanies the launch of a new agent and lasts for a month. During this period, players can obtain agents for free by earning 200,000 experience points by playing the game and completing daily and weekly tasks. After the event ends, unlocking ISO is only possible with paid currency (1,000 VP) or in-game currency (8,000 Kingdom Points).
Riot Games has not yet provided an official comment regarding this game issue. However, according to Reddit user reports, the support service has informed them that they are aware of the problem and have forwarded all necessary data to resolve it.
