The Group Stage of VCT 2025: China Stage 1 is coming to an end, and the last week of play is still ahead. Today, as part of one of the first matches, Dragon Rangers Gaming met TYLOO, and we will tell you about the outcome of the fight below.

Dragon Rangers Gaming played the role of a mid-level team in the match, while their opponents were outsiders of the region, but the outcome of the fight was quite unexpected. On the first map Haven, which was chosen by Dragon Rangers Gaming, the team managed to win, although not without problems with a score of 13:10. However, there was no clean sweep, and on the second map, Split, TYLOO confirmed their choice and became the winner with a score of 13:9. The outcome of the match was decided on Fracture, and unexpectedly, the outsider was able to overcome a stronger opponent with a score of 13:5.

As a result of the match, TYLOO earns its first victory in the group stage, but does not qualify for the playoffs with an aggregate score of 1-4. Dragon Rangers Gaming, in turn, despite the defeat, advance to the next stage, where they will fight for an invitation to Masters Toronto 2025.

VCT 2025: China Stage 1 takes place from March 13 to May 4 in LAN format at the VCT CN arena in Shanghai. Twelve VCT China affiliate teams are competing for three spots at Masters Toronto, as well as valuable China Points needed to qualify for the upcoming World Championship.
