The Valorant roster of the Italian organization QLASH loses its only coach

Yesterday, news emerged about the latest reshuffle in the roster of the Italian team QLASH. After five years of collaboration, coach Guglielmo "GUGLi" Carraro decided to end his association with the organization.

This decision was announced through GUGLi's official social media, where he bid farewell to the team and all the people he met along the way. Interestingly, the coach himself stated that he was ending his collaboration after five years, making it clear that he was with QLASH not only as a Valorant coach but also held other roles in the past.

As the new season approaches and changes are felt, I am leaving QLASH after 5 years. It's a club that improved me both professionally and personally, and I owe a lot to it. Meanwhile, I would like to thank the various people who helped me on this journey, starting with those I now consider my brother and father, LoLSekuar and Sirbone_Sirbone. Without them, I wouldn't be who I am today, and I will never stop thanking them.

Guglielmo "GUGLi" Carraro spent the last one and a half years in the coaching position. During this time, under his leadership, the club participated in many tournaments, but only achieved success in a few of them. Notable achievements include third place at Agents Series 2022 - Split 1, and fourth place at VALORANT Challengers 2023 Italy: Rinascimento Split 2.

Following GUGLi's departure, the Italian team's roster no longer has any coaches, and only three players remain, leaving the future of the Valorant team uncertain. We will continue to follow the official information.
