Although Valorant offers 10 game modes, including occasional temporary modes like Snowball Fight, players find this insufficient and desire more variety. Recently, a discussion was initiated on the Reddit platform by the game's community, suggesting the developers add a new game mode.
In the largest Valorant community on Reddit, a user nicknamed The_Lionheart_AB proposed an interesting idea. He suggests that developers add a new mode called Roulette. Its concept is similar to a mode in the popular shooter Call of Duty, where the weapons received by players are chosen randomly at the start of the round, or upon death.
The_Lionheart_AB, in his proposal, suggests adding a similar mode in Valorant, but instead of weapons, agents would be selected randomly. He proposes two implementations. The first is based on the Deathmatch mode, where players would receive a different random agent upon death. The second variant is based on the Swiftplay mode, where players would receive a random agent at the start of each round and build their strategy from there.
It is still unknown whether the proposal has reached the employees of Riot Games, but participants in the discussion have positively received the idea. They believe that the number of game modes in Valorant should continuously increase, making this option not the worst.
