The Valorant community is suggesting that developers "revive" the weak agent Neon

Lately, the Valorant community has been massively reaching out to Riot Games with requests concerning agents. On the information portal Reddit, players created a discussion in which they shared their thoughts regarding the agent Neon and her weaknesses.

In the largest community on Reddit - VALORANT, which has 1.8 million members, a user with the nickname psvbeast11 argued about all the weaknesses of Neon and compared her with other duelists Raze and Jett. The main argument in favor of these two agents was that they can move quickly not only horizontally but also vertically. In turn, Neon does not have similar abilities, making her very niche.

Neon is one of the three movement agents who prefer diving and penetration, and in my opinion, she is the worst of the three. While Jett has a dash and updraft which allow her to enter easily without being hit, Raze has a rocket pack that throws her into the air, making her practically invulnerable, Neon can only sprint and slide.

The player suggests adding a unique passive ability that would allow Neon to jump on walls. This would put her on par with Jett, who can fly up with Updraft, and Raze, who jumps on her Blast Pack.

To make her better, she needs a new passive, with which she will be able to jump on the wall and jump off it every few seconds. While Jett and Raze can move on both the Y and X axes to facilitate their entry, Neon can only run. If you give her a wall jump, her Y-axis movement will increase slightly, making her more convenient for evasion and less easy to hit.

In the comments, most users agreed with this opinion, but a few were against it. They argued that Neon's main feature is her running speed, but if she were given the same speed during wall jumps, it would make her nearly invulnerable.

The problem is that Neon's main feature is her tremendous speed. If you add what you propose to it, then we get a "ninja parkour" who will jump on the walls. It's hard to hit Neon when she's running normally, and with such jumps, it would be simply impossible.

We remind you that Neon is currently one of the least popular duelist agents. According to tracker.gg, her pick rate is 2.1% compared to other agents, and Neon's win rate is 47.9%. Of course, this is just a community discussion, but Riot Games are known for their work with fans, so perhaps in the future we will see a new passive ability in the Filipino duelist.
