Following the announcement of the new 7.08 update, in which the developers fixed several bugs related to Deadlock's ultimate ability, the game's community reacted negatively to such minor changes. Fans of the discipline claim that it is necessary to completely redo and strengthen the new agent, rather than fixing unnecessary micro-moments.

As a reminder, in patch 7.08, which is currently being tested on test servers, among all other changes, there were a few concerning Deadlock. Now, the new agent's ultimate ability "Annihilation" can no longer open automatic doors on the Bind map, nor can it activate the trap on the Breeze map. Read more about the update in our article.

The announcement of the new features is accompanied by negative comments from game fans. In particular, well-known Brazilian insider and content creator Marp emphasized on his Twitter account that the change will absolutely not affect the agent, because he is currently the weakest in the game. In the comments, as well as on various forums, the game's community holds the same opinion and asks Riot Games to pay attention to the weakness of the character itself, not the bugs associated with him.

Deadlock is the worst agent in the game, but Riot, instead of immediately strengthening her, are fixing an "error" that allowed her to open portal doors using her ult, which, by the way, is considered the worst ult in the game, lol.

As a reminder, it's not only ordinary players who consider Deadlock a "dead" agent. At the last world championship, the latest character added to the game was not chosen even once. Professional players state that she cannot compete with any other agent due to her abilities, especially highlighting the ultimate ability, which is "the worst" among all.
