Today concluded the first match in the lower bracket of ESL Clash of Nations 2023 - Thailand Closed Qualifier. As a result, Aricat Esport suffered a defeat and lost the chance to advance to the main tournament.

Despite the defeat, the match was very spectacular. The first map, Haven, was quite diverse; Aricat Esport dominated the first half of the match, but after the sides switched, the opponents from Valee Thai Esports took 9 consecutive rounds, which led them to win with a score of 13-8. The second map, Breeze, was a tight battle, and the Aricat Esport players came out stronger with a score of 13-8. Despite all their efforts, the last map, Split, also ended in defeat with a score of 13-9.

As a result of the match, Aricat Esport leaves the tournament in the last 7-8th place and loses the chance to participate in the main event. It is worth mentioning that the collective was stronger than 16 other participants in the previous qualifying stage, ESL Clash of Nations 2023 - Thailand Open Qualifier, but this event proved too challenging for the team.
