Yesterday, representatives of the American organization Disguised delivered sad news to their fans. The organization is disbanding the Disguised GC women's Valorant team and bidding farewell to all its members.
Thank you to our VALORANT Game Changers team for an amazing GC 2 & 3 series. They worked hard despite the challenges that came their way.

Today marks the end of DSG GC 2023 but we will forever support this roster and are so proud to be a part of their journey. pic.twitter.com/McRjyUQ4l4
The team was formed in March 2023 under the leadership of renowned streamer Jeremy Wang. Despite the roster's decent performance in the first stage of VCT 2023: Game Changers North America Series S2, where they secured a 3rd place finish, and later a 3rd place finish at the NRG Neon Dream Invitational 2023, the team started to struggle. As a result, the next stage, VCT 2023: Game Changers North America Series S3, ended with a 7-8th place finish. Consequently, the team failed to accumulate the required NA Points and lost the chance to qualify for the Women's World Championship.
The organization warmly bid farewell to its former members and thanked them for their contributions during the team's final and only competitive season.
We want to thank our VALORANT Game Changers development team for an incredible run through GC2 and GC3. They worked tirelessly despite the challenges they faced along the way. DSG GC 2023 concludes today, but we'll always support this roster and are incredibly proud to have been part of their journey.
Most likely, the team will not be formed in the future because the organization was created by streamers as a lighthearted roster. Therefore, it doesn't make sense to continue financing the team after their setbacks in the season.
