Today, news about changes in the roster of the Turkish organization Fire Flux Esports became known. In their official Twitter account, team representatives announced that after two years of cooperation, they are parting ways with the esports director Kubilay “Kubilicious” Kösem.

On the organization's social networks, a farewell video appeared featuring the esports director. In a short clip, the best moments with Kubilicious are shown, during his interactions with the team and organization representatives, at bootcamps and meetings. The team says goodbye to Kubilay and thanks him for everything he has done for the team during the cooperation.

Thank you, Kubilicious. Today we parted ways with Kubilay “Kubilicious” Kösem, who has been our esports director for over 2 years. We thank you for everything you have done for us and wish you success in your future life

Kubilay “Kubilicious” Kösem joined the Valorant team a few months after its creation, in September 2021. As the esports director, Kubilicious directly collaborated with the players and resolved important issues. Thanks to his leadership, the team twice took second place at VRL 2022 Turkey: Birlik, and in 2023 won the Open Fire All Stars 2023.

Although the position of esports director is important, it is not irreplaceable, so it can be assumed that due to the difficult financial situation, the team will not be looking for a replacement for Kubilicious in his position.
