The new map Abyss has not officially been released in Valorant yet, but players have already found the first bugs

The new, eleventh map named Abyss is set to appear in Valorant tonight from June 11 to June 12. However, even before the official release of the location, players who had access to the map a few days earlier have already discovered the first bug related to Phoenix's ultimate.

It is worth noting that Abyss was first officially revealed on June 9, during the show match before the Masters Shanghai grand final. Then, Riot Games surprised all spectators because the new location will be quite dangerous and contains many pitfalls and open areas. Despite the fact that this is the main feature of the map, players have already discovered a bug that allows bypassing the danger and staying alive even after falling.

For more information, visit the YouTube channel Valorant Bugs & Tricks. The video shows how, playing as Phoenix, the author plants the Spike and then falls into an abyss. At first glance, this is guaranteed death, but just before landing, Phoenix activates his ultimate, Run it Back, which revives him after death. Interestingly, after the ability triggers, Phoenix remains at the bottom of the abyss and can freely stay there and even control the Spike with sniper rifles.

Without a doubt, this is a bug, so the Valorant community believes that Riot Games will fix this problem before the map officially appears on the Valorant servers. There are only a few hours left until the update, so we will be able to check for the presence of this bug in the game tomorrow.
