Both teams underwent a challenging and long journey to reach this final. The Indonesian team showcased impressive results right from the regional qualifiers, where they didn't lose a single map. This trend continued throughout the Red Bull Campus Clutch 2023, leading up to the final match.
Zen Esports' path was equally arduous, having successfully navigated through regional qualifiers. During the main stage, they reached the finals by defeating teams from Canada, Turkey, and France.
The final match was played in a best-of-five format and concluded after the fourth map. Despite the successes of Zen Esports, the team could not overpower GARUDA and lost with a score of 1:3 (Split 7:13, Sunset 5:13, Haven 13:8, Ascent 4:13). GARUDA claimed the first place and a prize of $20,000, while Zen Esports finished in second place without any prize money.
