Today, information surfaced online that yet another women's Valorant team is leaving the discipline. The French organization Neons GC, in their official social networks, announced the farewell to all the players, just after five months of collaboration.
Interestingly, so far, none of the players have commented on their departure from the club, and the organization itself said goodbye to the former members quite dryly. This suggests that an unpleasant situation may have arisen between the management and the players.
Today we mark the end of our collaboration with the girls from Neons GC. We cannot thank them enough for their trust and dedication to our organization. We wish them all the best in the future.
In turn, the team's few fans sadly reacted to the dissolution of the squad. They say the team had potential.

As we wrote above, Neons GC formed their new squad only in May 2023, immediately after which, the team failed the third stage of VCT 2023: Game Changers APAC Open 3. Later, the girls earned third place at VCT 2023: Game Changers APAC Last Chance Qualifier, which did not allow them to advance to the next stage, since only the first two places were prize-winning.
So far, there have been no statements that the organization is completely leaving the discipline, but it can be assumed that this will be announced shortly. Considering that the Valorant roster did not bring significant prize money to the team, since the beginning of its existence the club earned only $2,000, and also the fact that all members of the coaching staff have left the team. This indicates that the French organization intends to leave the discipline.
