The developers of Valorant have once again improved their anti-cheat system and blocked thousands of bots

Recently, new information about the Riot Vanguard anti-cheat system and its improvements has surfaced online. The developers of the defense program reported that they have once again enhanced their protection system, and now players who used bots are facing negative consequences.

In the official Twitter account of GamerDoc, a senior anti-cheat analyst at Riot Vanguard, there was a message about a new wave of bans. The developer stated that the bans would affect players who used bots to level up their Valorant account, or accounts that were purchased from third-party sellers, because they are usually boosted using bots. Interestingly, the accounts will be banned until the year 2203.

We have launched a wave of bot bans on VALORANT. If you used bots on your accounts, you will be banned, and upon entering the game, you will encounter such a message. Remember, purchasing accounts is against our terms of use.

Note that these are not the only changes in the protection aimed at combating dishonest players. The day before, Vanguard received an update that blocked the possibility of bypassing bans using third-party programs such as Spoofer. These are programs that players used to change the address of their computer, so the previous ban disappeared because the system recognized the computer as new.
