The American organization Cloud9 has publicized on its official Valorant Twitter account that two more players are joining the list of those who have left the team - Nathan "leaf" Orf and Mateja "qpert" Mijović.

After the conclusion of the 2023 season, five individuals left the Cloud9, including four players and the head coach. Likely, this complete roster change in Valorant was spurred by the unsatisfactory results of the team throughout the VCT 2023. Despite showcasing some decent achievements, specifically securing the fourth place in the VCT Americas League 2023, it did not meet the expectations of the management and the ambitions of the players.

Cloud9 management is facing a tough task. Within two months, they need to assemble a new roster around the two remaining players and find a new head coach who will help build the team structure and prepare them for the first inter-season tournament - Red Bull Home Ground 4, which begins on November 3. As of now, there are no specific ideas or rumors regarding potential candidates to join the American team.
