The head of Valorant's esports department, Leo Faria, summed up the VCT 2024 season and called it the most successful of all. A colossal amount of money — $78.4 million — was divided among the teams, and the interest in the discipline showed only growth.

In total, throughout 2024, $78.4 million was distributed among the teams. A significant portion, namely $44.3 million, came from players who purchased team-themed capsules and the Champions 2024 set in the store. The other part of the funds was prize money distributed in regional tournaments, Masters, and Champions.

All regional leagues, Masters, and Champions showed a rapid increase in viewers. The standout was VCT CN, which at its peak had 1.8 million viewers — more than the three other regions combined. The VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2024 also stood out: the grand final attracted 466,000 viewers simultaneously, surpassing last year's numbers. In total, 44.3 million unique users watched Champions Seoul.

The season has now concluded, with the final event being the VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2024. The new season in Valorant, VCT 2025, will start in January 2025. The exact date depends on the region.
