Late tonight, the American esports organization Sentinels published a joking video on their Twitter account. Among other things, it featured veiled mentions that Tyson Ngo, better known in the professional scene as "TenZ”, will continue to compete under the team's banner in the upcoming VCT 2024 season.

The main role in the video is played by the well-known content creator and Sentinels streamer - Tarik, who, in the plot, tries to get payouts from investors for his show. When all attempts fail, tarik uses his last argument that TenZ will stay on the team forever. So far, neither the organization nor the player himself have confirmed that the esports player will remain in the team for the next year, but most likely, these brief words in the video serve as confirmation. Therefore, it can be considered that all rumors about Tyson leaving the club are now refuted.
Let us remind you that rumors about the possible departure of the Canadian player started circulating more than a month ago. Firstly, the community noticed that TenZ's contract expires in 2023. Another argument in favor of changes in the roster was the team's terrible performance during the current season. The Sentinels failed at VCT 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo, finishing the tournament in 17-32nd place, and also failed at LCQ, taking 4th place, as a result of which, the club missed the Valorant Champions 2023.
Later, esports journalist Rod Breslau stated that the Sentinels are already discussing a contract with aspas from LOUD, who is supposed to replace TenZ. You can read more about this in our material, but we want to note that most likely the rumors can be considered untrue and in the future Tyson Ngo will remain with the Sentinels.
