Player xccurate, a member of T1 Valorant roster from South Korea, announced on April 9 that he sustained an injury to his right wrist, resulting in muscle tear.

On the fourth day of VCT 2024 Pacific Stage 1, T1 suffered a 1-2 defeat to DetonatioN FocusMe, losing two matches in a row from the start of the tournament. In the match against DFM, xccurate played on multiple agents but failed to perform well, accumulating a total of 35 kills and 42 deaths across three maps.

After the match, the player revealed he had injured his right hand and suffered muscle tear. For a professional gamer, a hand injury poses a serious problem, raising concerns that it may negatively impact his gameplay. This is particularly true for xccurate, known for his sniping skills – it's an undeniable setback for him.
