Shopify Rebellion part ways with World Champion florescent

On December 2, the North American esports organization Shopify Rebellion announced the departure of VALORANT GC player florescent. The duelist, who has twice claimed the world champion title, left the team to pursue her career in a new direction.

florescent Career

The 18-year-old florescent began her professional VALORANT career in 2020. Before going pro, she competed with several amateur teams and joined Misfits Black in June 2022, marking the start of her professional journey. At just 16 years old, she led her team to a third-place finish in the VALORANT 2022 GC NA S3 tournament.

In January 2023, florescent joined Version1, playing alongside notable teammates like meLalexisNoia, and sarah. That year, the team won the North American league twice and secured second place in the third tournament of the season. Additionally, florescent earned her first world champion title at the VALORANT GC CHAMPIONSHIP 2023.

Achievements in 2024

The year 2024 was the most successful of florescent career. Together with Shopify Rebellion, she won all three stages of the North American league (S1, S2, S3) and claimed her second consecutive world championship title at the VALORANT GC CHAMPIONSHIP 2024. The team triumphed in Germany without losing a single map, while florescent delivered impressive stats: a K/D of 1.72 and an ACS of 310.
