Sevire leaves WYLDE, team close to disbanding?

Today, it became known that British professional Valorant player - Ethan "Sevire" Starke, is leaving the WYLDE team. The esports player himself wrote about this on his official Twitter account.

The Irish team started the current Valorant season actively. At the beginning of 2023, the organization signed 4 new players and a coach. After the first stage of Valorant Challengers 2023 France: Revolution Split 1, where the team finished 5th-6th, it became clear that the new roster did not meet expectations. As a result, coach Fields left the organization. Later, after the second stage of Valorant Challengers 2023 France: Revolution Split 2, where WYLDE took 3rd place, which allowed them to get an invitation to Valorant Challengers 2023 France: Revolution Coupe de France, changes in the team continued. Hype left the team, and two of the main roster players were put on the bench with permission to look for a new club. Today, the fourth member, Sevire, leaves the team without any clear reasons.

Is the organization disbanding the Valorant team?

So far, there is no information about the team's future, but only one player remains from the active roster, and they have Revolution Coupe de France ahead, which will take place from September 21 to October 1. This means that either the organization will quickly find 4 necessary players or will disband the team and withdraw from the tournament. It should be noted that the Irish organization has rosters in many competitive disciplines, such as Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege, and FIFA. So, perhaps they are giving up on the less successful Valorant team in favor of a more prestigious team in another game.

Sevire, in turn, does not plan to take a break in his career and is actively preparing for the next season. He writes that he is open to any offers and is looking for a team he will consider his new home."
