SAW achieved notable success in the past season, but even after winning the VCL Portugal: Tempest Split 1 2023 and VCL Portugal: Tempest Split 2 2023, as well as advancing to VCL Ascension: EMEA 2023 where the team secured the fourth place, the organization decided to make drastic changes to the lineup. They are parting ways with David "Fizzy" Figueiredo, along with three other players who have temporarily moved to the bench and will likely leave the club at the end of their current contracts. It's a surprising decision to make such significant changes. The previous lineup was the best in Portugal and was very close to advancing to the top league. The management has not provided any reasons for these actions.
SAW's Updated Lineup:
Despite various events occurring during the OFF//SEASON interlude, there is currently no information suggesting that SAW has been invited to any of them. The club might be planning to fully focus on the next competitive season, which means they will have ample time to prepare and surpass the success of the previous lineup.
