Samsi Leaves the Female Roster of Alliance in Valorant

Samantha "Samsi" Caddell is leaving the female roster of Alliance, as revealed in a post on her personal Twitter account. She thanked the organization for the opportunity and stated that she is actively looking for a new team for the next season of Game Changer.

Thankful for the opportunity to help out the girls from theAllianceGG in VCT GC split 2. With that being said I am now back to LFT and looking for a new challenge.

The Alliance organization has yet to comment on their decision or make an official announcement regarding their farewell to Samantha "Samsi" Caddell.

Why did the organization make such a decision?

The reasons that may have led to this decision can be quite diverse. In particular, the team's poor performance at the Game Changers 2023 Series II: EMEA tournament, where they failed to reach the playoff stage and finished the tournament in seventh place in their group, could have provoked thoughts in the management of the organization about future strategy. Of course, it's necessary to take into account that the team still retained its place in the next season, as well as earned a modest prize fund of $500 per team.

It's also worth mentioning the possibility that Samantha "Samsi" Caddell may not have been under contract with the organization, considering her post where she mentions being thankful for the opportunity to help the team and returning to look for a new home. This could be another factor influencing the decision of both parties to end their collaboration.
