Happy's Coaching Experience
Vincent "Happy" Schopenhauer is a former professional player in Counter-Strike and Valorant, and currently a professional coach. Recently, after the conclusion of VCL 2024, his contract with M80 ended, making him a free agent. He coached the team for two years, during which they finished second at Ascension Americas in both 2023 and 2024. After another second-place finish, which wasn’t enough to qualify for the VCT, the organization disbanded its roster.

Is Happy Already Part of NAVI?
Rumor has it that Happy is already involved in forming NAVI's new roster, recommending and pushing for certain players, such as koalanoob. This was mentioned in a previous article linked below. A well-known journalist and insider in the Valorant community, anonimotum, reported that NAVI has reached a verbal agreement with Happy to become the head coach for the next season.
Major Changes at NAVI
Following several mediocre seasons and a disappointing performance in 2024, the team has finally decided to make significant roster changes. So far, three players and the head coach have left the team. NAVI is making these changes in an effort to return to the international tournaments they missed in 2024, including both the Masters and Valorant Champions.
