Martin "Magnum" Peňkov is an experienced player who began his professional Valorant career on June 10, 2020. Since then, he has played at the tier-1 level with notable clubs such as Fnatic and KOI. While the player performed at the highest level, he was not part of the VCT franchise because he left the Spanish organization KOI before the regular VCT EMEA League 2023 season started and joined Apeks. With this team, he was one step away from moving to the top division through the Challengers league but lost in the grand finals of VCL Ascension: EMEA 2023 to Gentle Mates.
Current Karmine Corp Roster
At this time, the French club's Valorant team consists of only three players. After a poor performance during the regular season, two players from the main roster left the team, including standout player Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom. The management is actively looking for replacements for these players, aiming not only to maintain the level they had before the changes but also to increase the overall competitiveness and qualify for an international tournament next year. Martin "Magnum" Peňkov could be an excellent choice, given his significant experience. It's also reported that another club expressed interest in the player, but he chose Karmine Corp.
