Rumor: Team Vitality Plans Complete Roster Overhaul

Team Vitality is gearing up for major changes ahead of the next VCT season. According to ROCKET, the club plans a complete roster overhaul and is already scouting new candidates. This information was shared by a user on their personal page on X.

The list of potential newcomers includes Leo “Leo” Jannesson from Fnatic, who has been inactive for over a year, Elias “Jamppi” Olkkonen and David “PROFEK” Svenc from BBL Esports, and Gregor “PAL” Morton for the coaching position. However, this is only about interest at the moment, and no official offers have been made to BBL Esports or Fnatic.

ROCKET also clarified that this is only interest from Vitality, and no confirmed agreements have been made yet. The organization may choose a different path or retain the current roster. Leo's future depends on Fnatic's decisions, where a return is possible, while rumors suggest BBL is considering an all-Turkish roster.

Vitality started 2025 by winning the VCT 2025: EMEA Kickoff and securing 4th place at the Masters Bangkok, but then failed at Stage 1 and Stage 2, and also did not qualify for the Esports World Cup 2025.

Current Team Vitality Roster:

  • Kimmi “Kicks” Laasner
  • Felipe “Less” de Loyola Basso
  • Nikita “Derke” Sirmitev
  • Bartosz “UNFAKE” Bernacki
  • Blendi “kovaQ” Kovaci
