Among many innovations and changes, the company introduced a new map called GLITCH, but it will only be available for Team Deathmatch mode. All we know about the new GLITCH map

In the official trailer for the new act, the GLITCH map was only briefly shown, leaving many details unclear. However, well-known dataminers, including VALORANT Leaks & News, shared more details on their official social media, revealing what many players of this mode have been curious about.

According to the dataminer, the map will have its own unique features and interesting elements. Here’s what is known about the location based on information from VALORANT Leaks & News:

• Symmetrical map design
• 3 lanes
• Advantageous tower placement
• Enclosed internal passage
• Strong advantage in the middle
• Open spawn point to prevent campers
• Two visual styles – Abandoned Sunset and Winter Haven

Community Reaction

In the comments to the official announcement, as well as to the insider information, regular players began expressing their opinions about the new map. As usual, opinions were divided into two camps. Some players liked the map, considering the visual styles of Abandoned Sunset and Winter Haven very cool, and suggesting that Valorant should generally introduce the option to change the map style.

On the other hand, some players argued that this feature is unnecessary. Their reasoning is that not many players engage with this mode, and developers should instead focus on competitive mode and create new content for it.
