Now, when selecting one of Riot Games' games, a news item appears along with its banner and a clickable button for more detailed acquaintance. Currently, the news is static, meaning it doesn't change, but it varies depending on the user's language and location. Additionally, the "Play" button has been changed.
Despite the update being small, Riot Games' developers have announced that players can expect the implementation of new social features and many other improvements in the future. Among them will be an animated splash screen that will replace the usual static banners, recommendations regarding game hardware requirements, and a section with current news. This will allow players to always be aware of all updates and events from Riot Games.
