It's quite rare to see professional Valorant commentators joining any teams, but today was one of those occasions. German commentator Thore "ThoreBnB" Lehmann will join the ranks of Sissi State Punks, stepping into the team as a manager.
In their official Twitter account, representatives of the Austrian organization announced the addition to their Valorant roster. Interestingly, they played it off humorously, stating that the team can't leave their dog, named Findus, unsupervised. Therefore, they decided to hire Thore "ThoreBnB" Lehmann as a caretaker, as well as to perform other tasks.
Besides looking after the dog, Thore "ThoreBnB" Lehmann will also help the team in the upcoming season to improve their gameplay. It is worth recalling that Sissi State Punks had rather mediocre results last season. The team won PROJECT V 2023: Split 1 Finals, but the players had no other significant achievements.
It is still unknown whether Thore will combine the careers of commentator and team manager in the future, or will fully focus on supporting the Austrian team. We will continue to follow the club's progress in the upcoming 2024 Valorant season.
