Reddit users analyzed materials from a private showcase of the new agent ISO, conducted by Riot Games. They discovered that in patch 7.09, presented during the showcase, the Vandal weapon reloads faster than in the current version of the game.
The video material shows that the Vandal reloads faster, specifically in 1.75 seconds compared to 2.5 in the current patch 7.08. Reddit users analyzed and concluded that the video material was not sped up during editing, and the agent has no enhancements that would accelerate the weapon's reload, which already exists in the game. From this, there are two possible scenarios: either ISO has a feature that the developers have not yet talked about, or in patch 7.09, there will indeed be an enhancement for the Vandal weapon.
It's worth noting that the release of patch 7.09 and the new agent Iso is scheduled for the first few days of November, along with the third act of the seventh episode. The gaming community has received the new agent quite skeptically, and professional players are confident that the character will not be popular, mainly because of his ultimate.
