Following the conclusion of the VALORANT Challengers 2024 East: Surge Split 1, ESC Gaming announced that Adel "r1zvaN" Rizvanović is leaving the team.

ESC Gaming displayed a commendable performance in the first split of the Challengers league, finishing sixth out of ten and securing their spot in the league for the next split. However, change is inevitable, and thus Adel "r1zvaN" Rizvanović is departing from the team. The club is actively searching for a replacement for the sentinel position, as well as a coach or analyst for the second split.

r1zvaN joined ESC Gaming in December 2023, and during this period, he only participated in the first part of the European Challengers league split.
