Possible changes to the Icebox map have surfaced online, which is expected to return to the general rotation

The new eighth episode will bring a lot of new things to the Valorant community, among a variety of changes will be the rotation of game maps. Recently, information about changes in the Icebox landscape appeared online, which, according to rumors, will return to the game after a long absence.

Recall that the first information about the return of Icebox appeared even before the new year, on the Twitter account of the well-known Valorant dataminer Leaks & News. Read more about it in our material. Later, this information was confirmed by the developers themselves, so we can now officially be happy that Icebox will return to the game, after 240 days of its absence. If the rumors are to be believed, the map will undergo significant changes, which you can see below.

The Spike A set point on the defense side will undergo the most significant changes. Among them is the addition of several new boxes that will be used by the defense side. In addition, the corridor on the central part of the map will be changed, and the main change is the addition of a passage from the defense side at point B.

It is still unknown whether such changes will actually be made to the Icebox map, as this is only information from insiders and dataminers. The community, in turn, will be waiting for the start of the eighth episode, which will begin in mid-January, to find out about all the changes that the developers from Riot Games will bring us.
