The Italian organization NOVO Esports has made significant changes to its gaming and coaching staff for its Valorant team since the beginning of 2024. It has recently been revealed that the main roster is now fully formed as Joona "H1ber" Parviainen has joined the team.

The team announced this new addition on their official Twitter account. The club's management stated that after the end of the first stage of the Valorant Challengers 2024 Italy, it was time to announce the important news of a new member joining. The team members warmly welcomed the newcomer and presented a video featuring the best gaming moments of H1ber during his professional career.

Joona "H1ber" Parviainen is a 26-year-old Finnish player who has been competing in the professional Valorant scene since late 2020. During this time, he has played for well-known teams such as Fnatic, Team Vitality, and Case Esports. With the latter, Joona achieved 3-4th place at the LVP - Crossfire Cup 2023, as well as 2nd place at Valorant Challengers 2024 Spain: Rising Split 1.

NOVO Esports will begin their performance at the Valorant Challengers 2024 Italy: Rinascimento Split 2 in just four days, so we will be following the team to see if the newcomer can achieve new heights.
