On July 21, the NOEZ FOXX team, operating in Japan, announced the lifting of the permanent ban on their streamer account under the nickname "To Go to Okinawa." The ban had been imposed earlier due to improper equipment usage caused by unauthorized access, as explained by Riot Games.
In June of this year, NOEZ FOXX reported the ban on the "To Go to Okinawa" account and requested Riot Games to conduct an investigation. In a recent stream, DJ Foi stated that Riot Games confirmed the ban was for cheating, clarifying that it was in 99% of cases. This statement sparked a wave of discussions in the community, as the ban had been imposed after more than two years of the streamer’s activity.

However, a new investigation revealed that two "To Go to Okinawa" accounts had been banned due to the use of unauthorized scripts and logins from previously banned devices. It was soon established that third parties had accessed the accounts. On July 18, Riot Games decided to lift the permanent ban.
In the future, "To Go to Okinawa" reported that his account will not be used due to the inability to change the login after the hack. Instead, the streamer will continue his activities under a new account and continue playing Valorant.
