In January of this year, nitr0 announced his return to Valorant and joining M80. However, according to Dust2.us, he is considering a second return to the competitive CS2 scene. According to the source, nitr0 is in negotiations with several teams that have CS2 divisions and is considering a full departure from Valorant.

In an interview with Dust2.us, nitr0 stated:

VALORANT did not meet my expectations, and I did not see my future in this game. Currently, there is a shortage of IGLs in America, so I felt that my place is in Counter Strike. I believe I still have a lot to offer, and I can't wait to dedicate all my efforts to CS2.
 

The 28-year-old nitr0 began his career in the competitive CS scene in 2014. In 2015, he joined Liquid, where he spent more than five years, winning numerous international tournaments. He became known as one of the best IGLs in America.

However, in 2020, nitr0 unexpectedly announced his transition to the Valorant competitive scene. In August of the same year, he joined 100 Thieves, and then in January 2022, nitr0 returned to CS

, rejoining Liquid. During his return, he achieved significant success, but in May 2023, he announced his second departure from CS due to a hectic schedule.
