The Valorant development team has announced that they are working on new skins for the Outlaw sniper rifle along with an accompanying finisher. Studio representatives emphasized that this process requires significant time, as each skin is crafted with special attention to detail.
Preeti Khanolkar, the cosmetic content producer, noted that work on more serious covers for the Outlaw began immediately after the completion of the weapon's development. However, developers did not want to delay the release of the weapon due to skins, so they initially introduced simpler variants, such as Prism and Ego.
According to Khanolkar, higher-level and higher-quality skins for the Outlaw will definitely appear, but it will take a little more time. Players can expect the arrival of a new skin with a finisher in the near future, provided the development process is successful.
Recall that the Outlaw was added to Valorant with the release of Act 1, Episode 8, and it caused a significant stir in the Valorant community, sparking numerous discussions.
