New changes in the Geekay Esports roster for Valorant, the club says goodbye to two players

Today, it became known that the lineup of the Saudi Arabian team Geekay Esports is undergoing some changes. Two players from the main roster, who have been part of the team for more than two years, have announced that they are becoming free agents.

In their official social networks, Anis "Kheops" Mokrani and Evgeniy "Winteryrook" Lenko announced that from today they are free agents. Despite the farewell, both players are pleased with their career at Geekay Esports. They warmly said goodbye to the club and former teammates and thanked the organization for the opportunity to showcase themselves.

My time at Geekay Esports has come to an end. I am extremely satisfied with what we have achieved with the team, and I wanted to do more, I met the most amazing people there and could not be more grateful for this opportunity. Now I am looking for a new team.

Both players joined Geekay Esports in April 2022. Immediately after joining, the professionals helped the club to take 3rd place at Superdome 2022. In the current season, the team also won many prizes, including: 2nd place at Saudi eLeague 2023: Season 1, and later 3rd place at the next stage. The team also took 2nd place at Valorant Challengers 2023 MENA: Resilience - Levant and North Africa Tiebreaker, but could not make it to the main event.

For now, there is no information on where the players might move to. However, it can be assumed that they have every chance to join the new roster of Falcons Esports, as there have been rumors for a long time that the club will be updating its Valorant lineup. We are waiting for official information.
