The highly anticipated seeding of team for the first European Valorant tournament in 2024 has taken place, resulting in the Ukrainian club NAVI will play against the Turkish team BBL Esports in its debut match. This information was announced on the official VCT pages.
Eleven partner teams were divided into three groups: groups A and B each have four teams, while group C has three teams. Fnatic, recognized as the best European team of the last season (considering only the results of Valorant Champions 2023), therefore secured a spot in the second stage of group C.
All other teams will start their journey from the first stage. From each group, only one team will advance to the Playoffs, with teams finishing in second place moving to the Play-ins stage. From the Play-ins stage, only one team will make it to the Playoffs, where four teams will compete for two slots at VCT 2024: Masters Madrid and 3 EMEA Points.
The start of the Valorant Champions Tour 2024: EMEA Kickoff is scheduled for February 20th. Eleven of the best European teams will compete for 3 EMEA Points and two slots at VCT 2024: Masters Madrid.
