Natus Vincere has decided to leave the Valorant women's scene, disbanding its roster

The Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere has decided to exit the Valorant women's scene indefinitely and disband their team Celestials, which participated in the Game Changers tournaments last season.

In July 2022, Natus Vincere signed their first roster, which only included Turkish players during this period until today. The team immediately won the championship at its debut tournament, but subsequent results were less impressive. Since the club entered the women's scene, the team participated in only 5 tournaments and won just over $7,000 in prize money.

Due to unsatisfactory results in 2023, NAVI esports club has decided to disband its Turkish Celestials VALORANT team. We will continue to monitor the development of the women's scene in the next Game Changers season and come back if the opportunity presents itself.

Official sources report that the reason for this decision was the unsatisfactory results. The women's team failed this year's Game Changers season. Throughout the three series of the tournament, the team could not rise above the 9th-10th place. Summing up this year, the team won $1,600 and failed to qualify for the women's world championship.

The NAVI Celestials roster included:

  • Aslihan “proxima” Uslu
  • Reyhan “Sephia” Şimşek
  • Nehir “Anva” Dinçer
  • Hilal “Lateu” Yaşar
  • Eylül “miyori” Sarıoğlu
  • Süreyya “Gia” Bayel

Analyzing the players' social media pages, it can be concluded that they do not intend to continue playing together. Each former member of NAVI is looking for a team as a solo player.

The organization has stated that they will continue to study the situation on the scene, and if a suitable opportunity arises, they will consider a return. However, the current situation on the scene suggests that this is unlikely in the near future.
