Mozzi is leaving IGZIST Female and plans to end her career in Valorant

Today, the Japanese organization IGZIST Female announced changes to their Valorant roster on their official social networks. According to the information, mozzi is leaving the team after spending five months with them, due to the expiration of her contract.

The organization bid a simple farewell to the former member, wishing her all the best for the future. Mozzi herself, however, took to her Twitter account to express her deep gratitude to her former team and apologize for her poor results. But the worst news for fans was the esports athlete's statement about her plans to end her competitive career in Valorant.

Thank you very much, despite the fact that I was not very successful, I was able to join a team called IGZ, and I was very happy. I plan to stop being a professional player. But as a Korean who speaks Japanese surprisingly well, I would like to continue using SNS.

Mozzi joined the team at the beginning of April 2023 and helped the team to a victory in the VCT 2023: Game Changers Japan Split 2 open qualifiers. The team did much worse in the main tournament, finishing in 7-8th place and not receiving an invitation to the Eastern qualifiers for the World Championship.

Mozzi's future plans are still unknown, but given her knowledge of Japanese, it can be assumed that she will continue her path as a streamer or content creator for one of the Japanese organizations.
