Moothie announced his transition to free agent status

Moothie, known for his performances with Northeption and Crest Gaming Zst, announced on his X page that he is becoming a free agent. He stated his intention to find a new team where he could play as an initiator or sentinel.

The 26-year-old Moothie started his esports career with Apex Legends in 2019. The following year, he transitioned to Valorant, where he played for top Korean teams. He placed 4th at the First Strike Korea tournament and joined Lag Gaming in February 2021.

At Lag Gaming, Moothie made his debut on the Japanese scene. He helped the team reach the playoffs at the VCT 2021 Japan Stage 1 Masters and VCT 2021 Japan Stage 2 tournaments. However, he left the team after three months and continued his career in other Korean clubs.

In September 2023, Moothie became a player for Crest Gaming Zst, the third Japanese team in his career. The team placed second at the Predator League Japan 2024 tournament, but was eliminated in the open qualifiers at VCJ 2024 Split 1.

Moothie is actively seeking a new team that will provide him with the opportunity to showcase his skills as an initiator or sentinel on the professional stage.
