Moothie and HYUNMIN bolster Japanese squad Crest Gaming Zst

Recently, representatives of the Japanese organization Crest Gaming Zst announced on their Twitter account that there would be new additions to their current Valorant roster. Yoo "Moothie" Seung-woo and “HYUNMIN” will strengthen the team's lineup after the off-season.

Current roster of Crest Gaming Zst

Despite a promising start in the open qualifiers, the team failed both stages of the Valorant Challengers 2023 Japan. Split 1 ended with the team in 7th place, and the subsequent Split 2 placed them at 5-6th. As a result, they did not qualify for the crucial Challengers Ascension 2023 in the Pacific region and lost the opportunity to compete for a spot in the top competitive league. After a disappointing season, the team underwent a series of reshuffles. The squad saw several players leave, with Brofeld joining as a replacement - a move we previously reported on. Later on, two other Japanese professionals also joined the team.

We'd like to note that this probably isn't the last change to the roster of the Japanese team. Currently, the team is playing with a substitute, so it's likely that during the transfer window, the organization plans to find a permanent player.
