MAD Lions completely disbands female Valorant roster

The Spanish organization MAD Lions LAURË has today completed the disbanding of its Valorant roster. Just yesterday, the team moved three players to the inactive squad, and today, the remaining members were let go.

As a reminder, yesterday, representatives of the organization began changes in their lineup. Three main roster members were benched, as we reported in our article. Today, the two remaining members, Alessia "Alessia" Crisafo and Nicole "Nidxvilco" Dobrovolskyy, announced on their official social networks that they have become free agents and are open to new proposals. So far, the organization has not commented on its decisions, nor have the girls themselves.

Alessia and Nidxvilco joined the team's roster in March 2023, after the Spanish organization acquired the roster of the lesser-known club Nyme Warriors. After joining, the girls performed well in local tournaments, such as Our Party, where they won, and also achieved prize places in subsequent stages. In events from Riot Games, the situation was not as positive. The club failed in VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Contenders Series 1, finishing in 17-24th place, and later in VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Contenders Series 2, ending in 9-12th place.

Both girls have already announced that they do not plan to take a break in their careers and are open to new offers. Interestingly, in female teams, it is common practice for players leaving a club to want to stick together and look for a new home together. However, in the case of the girls from MAD Lions LAURË, there was no such information.
