Less leaves the championship LOUD roster after two years and joins Team Vitality

Felipe "Less" Basso, a star of the Brazilian Valorant scene and world champion in 2022, recently left his team LOUD, where he had been for the past two years. However, the player didn't stay without a team for long, as just a few hours later, he announced his move to the European club Team Vitality.

Less's championship career

Felipe "Less" Basso is a young 19-year-old player who began his journey in the competitive Valorant scene in mid-2021. Initially, he played for lesser-known teams, gaining experience, until he was invited to join the newly formed LOUD roster in early 2022.

In two and a half years with the Brazilian team, Less achieved impressive results. His accomplishments include: 1st place at VCT 2022: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers, 2nd place at VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík, 1st place at VCT 2022: Brazil Stage 2 Challengers, 1st place at VCT 2023: Americas League, and his biggest achievement, winning the 2022 World Championship.

Current situation of Team Vitality

The addition of this young Brazilian star is expected to address the Bees' struggles from the previous season. As a reminder, Team Vitality missed most international events in 2024. Although the team managed to qualify for the Valorant Champions 2024 World Championship, they exited quickly, finishing 9th-12th. This led to significant roster changes within the team. You can learn more about these changes in our article, where we cover all the transfers during the Valorant offseason in the EMEA region.

With Less joining, Team Vitality's roster now has five players again. However, it is unclear if this will be the final lineup for 2025 or if the organization is planning further changes. Stay tuned to our portal to keep up with all the developments in the professional Valorant scene.
