Today is a day of records. In the morning, Erick "aspas" Santos set a new record for the most kills on a single map. On the same day, Jessie Cristy "JessieVash" Cuyco and Saibani "fl1pzjder" Rahmad set an anti-record for the fewest kills in a winning map performance.
Jessie Cristy "JessieVash" Cuyco with his team Team Secret and Saibani "fl1pzjder" Rahmad from Rex Regum Qeon played their matches today as part of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Pacific Stage 1, setting their own anti-records. JessieVash and fl1pzjder did not achieve a single kill throughout the entire map today, yet despite such poor performance from the players, their teams managed to win the map and the series.
Winning a match without any kills is an absolute anti-record that cannot be surpassed in the future since it is impossible to have fewer than zero kills. As for aspas' record, it will likely belong to him for a long time, but it is quite possible that a new star or he himself will surpass it in the future.
