INTRO leaves Nongshim RedForce after just three months of collaboration

After announcing a new roster in November 2023, the South Korean organization Nongshim RedForce is making its first changes to its Valorant roster. Kang "iNTRO" Seung-gyun, who played only one tournament in the off-season, is leaving the team.

Interestingly, the organization has not yet officially announced the player's departure from the team. However, in his official Twitter account, iNTRO reported that as of today, he is a free agent and is starting to look for a new team. This situation possibly suggests that the parties ended their collaboration with less than favorable emotions and impressions. We await official comments from the representatives of Nongshim RedForce.

As we wrote above, Kang "iNTRO" Seung-gyun joined the team only in November 2023, when the organization assembled a new roster following defeats in official tournaments. Kang had a relatively short stint under the club's banner but managed to perform successfully at the Daejeon Valorant Invitational 2023, where the team finished second.

Considering the player's performance, it's unclear why the collaboration ended so abruptly. It's unlikely that Kang received offers from another club, as the player himself reported that he is looking for a new home. We will continue to follow the professional player to find out where he will end up in the future.
