FUT Esports Wins European Qualifiers for Red Bull Home Ground 4

Team FUT Esports has become the eighth and final participant in the Red Bull Home Ground 4 tournament. This achievement came after their victory over team FOKUS in the European qualifiers final, with a score of 3:0.

FOKUS showcased an impressive group stage, proving that a tier-2 team could stand up to teams competing in the VCT EMEA League. This performance secured them a spot in the finals, an event of significant importance for both parties involved. For FOKUS, it represents a tremendous opportunity to enter a tier-1 event, while FUT Esports was tasked with demonstrating that their roster changes were not for naught.

FUT Esports clinched a convincing victory in the best-of-three match, sweeping with a 3:0 map score. Although the score might suggest a one-sided affair, the reality was far from it. FOKUS fought valiantly on each map, but sadly, they couldn't secure a win on any of them (Ascent 14:12, Bind 13:11, Sunset 13:7).

Red Bull Home Ground 4 is set to take place from November 3 to 5 in Japan's capital, Tokyo. This tournament is part of the recently announced OFF//SEASON series of events. The competition will host 8 teams, battling over 2 days for the prize pool. Information regarding the size of the prize pool is currently unavailable.
