Dgzinh99 came, and for those who didn't know him, he showed what he's capable of on the main VALORANT stages around the world. It was very pleasant having him with us during this period!
Today we walk different paths, and we hope he continues to shine, dg. Sincerely, thank you for everything.
One of the main reasons for this decision could be the unsatisfactory performance of the team, as Furia failed to qualify for any international tournament. The recent qualifiers for Valorant Champions 2023 ended with a 6th place finish, losing to KRU Esports with a score of 1:2. It should be noted that this is not the first change in the roster after the end of the season, as on August 23, the team was left by coach Carlos "Carlão" Mohn, who had been in position for over 3 years since the inception of the Valorant team. After his departure, there was no coaching staff left in the roster.
Current Roster of FURIA:
Furia's Achievements After Dgzin Joined:
- VALORANT Champions 2022 (13-16th place)
- VCT 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo (9-16th place)
- VCT 2023: Americas League (6th place)
- VCT 2023: Americas Last Chance Qualifier (5-6th place)
Dgzin's Future
In the midst of the recent news, I want to inform you that I am no longer a part of @FURIA. I am a free agent, and my contract has ended, so I can negotiate with any team without any restrictions. I remain focused on achieving my goals in a new home.
This comment, left by the player on his Twitter page, indicates that he does not intend to end his professional career. Instead, the termination of his current contract opens up the opportunity for him to seek a new team and achieve new heights.
