One of the biggest events in the Valorant off-season, the AfreecaTV VALORANT LEAGUE, is in full swing, showcasing many fantastic matchups. After two days of gameplay, we have learned which team has ended its journey in the tournament and lost the chance to compete for the largest portion of the prize pool.
Today, in the Group A elimination match, we witnessed a clash between the top team of the Singapore scene, Paper Rex, and the underdogs from Thailand, FULL SENSE. While the outcome of the match was somewhat predictable, it cannot be said that the latter gave up victory without a fight. We will talk about the match time later, but first, it's worth noting that representatives of FULL SENSE thanked their fans for their support and promised to show better results in future events.

The match itself took place on two maps, the first of which, Haven, was chosen by the underdogs FULL SENSE. The encounter was incredibly tough for both teams, during which the Thai team kept pace with the world championship silver medalists. Both halves of the game ended with tied scores of 6-6, and everything was decided in the extra rounds, where Paper Rex proved to be stronger with a final score of 16-14. On the second map, it became evident that FULL SENSE had lost their fighting spirit, resulting in almost no resistance. The match ended with a victory for the favorites with a score of 13-6.
As a result of the match, FULL SENSE leaves the tournament in the last 7-8th place, earning the team $5,000. In turn, Paper Rex advances to the decisive match, where they will meet DRX today for the right to proceed to the playoff stage. Recall that the AfreecaTV VALORANT LEAGUE is held from December 5 to 10 in a LAN format in Seoul. Eight teams are competing for a large prize pool of $80,000 and the title of the event champion.
