The final match of the closed qualifiers for VALORANT Challengers 2024 Northern Europe: Polaris Split 1 concluded on January 21st, determining the last two teams to participate in the league.
The winners of the closed qualifiers were Formulation Gaming and apinaorkesteri. Both teams received direct invitations to the closed stage, while other teams advanced through open qualifiers. The victors joined the other six teams to compete for the prize pool and VCL NE Points, necessary for qualifying for the Ascension tournament.
Formulation Gaming secured their spot without any issues, defeating all teams in their path. Meanwhile, apinaorkesteri had to put in extra effort to triumph over iantos & co in the lower bracket.
